Plain Cake - recipe with high calorie
Ingredients we will need to make this recipe:
Refined flour (maida) : . . . . 1 cup
Powdered sugar (shakkar) : 1 cup
Melted butter (makkhan) : 1 cup
Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . 3 nos
Baking powder : . . . 1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla essence : . . . . 1 tea spoon
Take flour in mixing pan and add sugar and melted butter. Mix it thoroughly and then add eggs and vanilla essence. Mix it again till you get smooth consistency. You can use a mixture grinder for mixing.
Apply butter coating on the wall of baking pan with a brush and pour the mixture in it.
Pre-heat oven to 150 degree centigrade (or adjust the temperature as per your oven size and settings) and bake the cake for thirty to forty minutes. Check it by piercing a knife in the cake.

Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 nos
Baking powder : . . . . . . 1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla essence : . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon
Take flour in mixing pan and add sweetener and melted butter. Mix it thoroughly and then add eggs and vanilla essence. Mix it again till you get smooth consistency. You can use a mixture grinder for mixing.
Put butter paper in the baking pan and pour the mixture in it.
Pre-heat oven to 150 degree centigrade (or adjust the temperature as per your oven size and settings) and bake the cake for thirty to forty minutes. Check it by piercing a knife in the cake.
