Lasooni Aloo
Lasooni aloo is a hot and spicy dish of fried potatoes and garlic. This is an easy to make dish, which can be taken as a side dish or a starter.

Ingredients you will require for this dish:

Garlic (lasoon) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 18 to 20
Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . . . . 2 to 3
Red chili powder (lal mirchi) : . . . . . 1 tea spoon
Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1/2 tea spoon
Dry mango powder (aamchur) : . . . . 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder (haldi) : . . . . . . 1/2 tea spoon
Lemon juice (nimboo) : . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon
Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 table spoons
Mint leaves
Salt (namak) as per your taste
Peel potatoes and cut medium small pieces.
Crush 9 to 10 garlic cloves with the blade of a knife and roast it in a non-stick frying pan.
Heat oil in a pan and fry remaining 9 to 10 finely chopped garlic till they are just soft. Add potatoes and long cut green chilies and mix it well. Fry it for two minutes and then add red chili powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well and fry till potatoes are done. Season with black pepper powder and lemon juice. Garnish with roasted garlic and mint leaves.
