Eggs Banana Frittata
Eggs banana frittata is a sweet dish with banana and cream. This is very easy to make recipe and it is very rich in calories. Ingredients you will require to make this dish: Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . six Banana (kela) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . two Sugar (shakkar) : . . . . . . 1 table spoon Fresh cream (malai) : . . . . . . . . 1/2 cup Vanilla extract : . . . . . . . 1/2 tea spoon Unsalted butter or ghee for frying Method of making : Honey (shahad) Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix it well and add cream and ripped bananas. Blend it with a blender to make a smooth paste. Now heat two to three table spoon of unsalted butter or ghee in a non stick frying pan and fry a thick round omelette of about three to four inches. Turn it on other side with spatula and fry till it is light golden brown. Cut frittata in four or six parts and pour honey on top of it while serving. Tip: You can also use an oven and bake this dish in a baking pan.
