Egg less cake



This cake preparation is without eggs.

Ingredients we will require for egg less cake:

Refined flour (maida) : . . . . . . . . . one cup

Condensed milk : . . . . . . . . . . . 250 grams

Hot milk : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/4 cup

Chocolate : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50 grams

Baking powder : . . . . . . . 1 1/2 tea spoon

Chopped nuts : . . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Melt chocolate over hot water. Sieve refined flour and baking powder and add it to melted chocolate. Add hot milk and chopped nuts and mix it thoroughly. Now whip condensed milk, butter and fold in with the chocolate mixture till smooth consistency.

Pre-heat oven to 160 degree centigrade (or adjust the temperature as per your oven size and settings). Grease cake pan with butter, pour the mixture and bake it for about forty minutes. Check it by piercing a knife in the cake. Allow it to cool before removing from the pan and then turn it out.
