Chocolate Eggless Cake





This chocolate eggless cake is prepared with vanilla and cocoa powder. This cake can be decorated for any special celebration. Use a cake baking pan which is suitable for that perticular occasion.

Ingredients you will need to make this cake :

Self raising flour : . . . . . . . . . 125 grams

Condensed milk : . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/2 tin

Cocoa powder : . . . . . 3 1/2 table spoon

Butter (makkhan) : . . . . . . . . . 60 grams

Venilla essence : . . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Baking powder : . . . . . . . 1 1/2 tea spoon

Soda bi-carb : . . . . . . . . . 1/2 tea spoon

Chopped nuts : . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Chocolate flake : . . . . . . . . . . . 50 grams

Melt butter over hot water. Sieve self raising flour, baking powder and soda bi-carb and add it to melted butter. Add condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla essence and mix it thoroughly. Now add chopped nuts and fold in till smooth consistency.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degree centigrade. Grease cake pan with butter, pour the mixture and bake it for about forty minutes (or till it is done, depending on the capacity of the oven). Check it by piercing a knife in the cake. It should come out clean. Allow it to cool before removing it from the pan and then turn it out.

Garnish chocolate eggless cake with chocolate flakes or decorate it with icing sugar and icing cream.
