Chicken cutlet
Chicken cutlet recipe for diet - less spicy
Ingredients required:
Chicken : (bone less) . . . . . . . . . . 1/4 kg
Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1 tea spoon
Ginger paste (adrak) : . . . . 1 table spoon
Potatoes (aloo) : . . . . . . . . . . two
Capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . . . . one
Carrot (gajar) : . . . . . . . . . . one
Green chili (hari mirchi) : . . . . . two
Coriander leaves (hara dhania)
Bread crumbs or rava
Oil for frying
Salt (namak) to taste
Boil chicken pieces with ginger paste and salt. Boil potatoes. Now shred boiled chicken and mix it with meshed potatoes. Add pepper powder, long slits of capsicum, grated carrot, finely cut green chilies and coriander leaves and bind it. Taste it for salt (for added potatoes)
Prepare small flat cutlets and cover it with bread crumbs or rava. Deep fry on slow flame till golden brown. Place it on a bloating paper to remove excess oil. Serve chicken cutlet with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients required:

Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 2 tea spoon
Ginger paste (adrak) : . . . . . 1 table spoon
Potatoes (aloo) : . . . . . . . . . . . three
Capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . . one
Carrot (gajar) : . . . . . . . . one
Green chili (hari mirchi) : three
Cheese : . . . . . . . . 25 grams
Coriander leaves (hara dhania)
Bread crumbs or rava
Eggs : . . . . . . . . . two
Salt (namak) to taste
Boil chicken pieces with ginger paste and salt. Boil potatoes. Now shred boiled chicken and mix it with meshed potatoes. Add pepper powder, long slits of capsicum, grated carrot, finely cut green chilies, grated cheese and coriander leaves and bind it. Taste it for salt (for added potatoes)
