Chicken cheese balls



Chicken Cheese Balls - recipe for less spicy dish

Ingredients required:

Chicken pieces : . . . . . . . . 750 grams

Grated cheese : . . . . . . . . . . 75 grams

Ginger paste (adrak) : 1 1/2 table spoon

Red chili powder (lal mirchi) : 2 tea spoon

Vinegar : . . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon

Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . for deep fry

Pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1 tea spoon

Eggs : . . . . . . . . . . . . . two

Flour : . . . . . . . 3 to 4 table spoon

Salt (namak) to taste

Cut chicken in small pieces and put 2-3 slits on each pieces. Now marinate it with ginger, vinegar, salt and pepper for three to four hours.

Now prepare batter with eggs, red chili powder and flour in little water. Add grated cheese. Coat marinated chicken pieces with this batter and deep fry it till brown. Remove it and put chicken cheese balls on a bloating paper sheet to remove excess oil. Serve with green chutney.
