Cheese Chicken - recipe for less spicy dish

Ingredients required:

Chicken pieces : . . . . . . . . . . . . 750 grams

Grated cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . 75 grams

Tomato pulp or sauce : . . . . . . . . 3 table spoon

Ginger garlic paste (adrak lasoon) : 1 1/2 table spoon

Red chili powder (lal mirchi) : . . . 1 tea spoon

Oil : . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Coriander, mint leaves for garnishing

Salt (namak) to taste

Marinate chicken pieces in ginger garlic paste for 2 hours. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add red chili powder and tomato pulp. Cook for a minute and then add chicken and grated cheese. Fry for 10-15 minutes and then add 1/2 cup of water and salt. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

Ginger garlic paste (adrak lasoon) : 1 1/2 table spoon
