Bread Egg Roll
Bread egg roll is a double fried starter dish prepared with carrot and cabbage. This dish is medium spicy, so adjust the quantity of chilies according to your taste.
Ingredients we will need to make this dish:

Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . two
Onion (pyaj) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (medium) two
Carrot (gajar) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . one
Cabbage (patta gobi) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/3 cup
Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . . . . . 3 to 4
Red chili powder (lal mirchi) : . . . . . 2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves (hara dhania)
Black pepper powder ( kali mircjhi) : 1 tea spoon
Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 to 4 table spoon
Salt (namak) as per your taste
Beat eggs with finely chopped onions and green chilies. Add red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well.
Heat oil in a frying pan and make six omelettes. Fry it from both sides till it is golden brown.
Stir fry chopped cabbage for a minute. Grate carrot.
Moist bread slice with your fingers by applying little water. Roll it with rolling pin like roti and make it flat. Place omelette on it. Put cabbage and carrot on one side. Sprinkle black pepper powder and little salt (salt is already added in egg omelette) and fold it to make a roll. Apply little water to stick the end of bread slice.
Now again heat oil in the pan and fry these rolls from all sides till they are crispy golden brown.
Serve bread egg roll with thai chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
