Bbq Chicken
Bbq chicken is rich in calories. This is a spicy dish and reduce the quantity of chilies if you want less spicy dish.
Ingredients we will need to make this dish:
Boneless chicken breasts (without skin) : 4
Pepper powder (kali mirchi) : . . 1 tea spoon
Chili sauce : . . . . . . . . 3 to 4 table spoon
Cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 200 gram
Butter (makkhan) : . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon
Olive oil : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon
Vinegar : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon
Honey (shahed) : . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon
Dried thyme : . . . . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon
Salt (namak) to taste
Make cuts on the side of chicken breast. Marinate it with vinegar, pepper and salt for three to four hours.
Mix butter, chili sauce, olive oil, honey and dried thyme to make coating mixture.
Coat this mixture on marinated chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pre heat the oven to 180 degree C and cook chicken for eight to ten minutes. till done.
We can also cook this chicken on charcoal fire directly or grill it. In this case, save half quantity of coating mixture and brush it on chicken while cooking.
