Aloo Simla
Aloo simla is a hot and spicy dish prepared from potatoes and capsicum. Avoid green chilies if you want to make it less hot. This recipe can be prepared in oven with cheese.
Recipe for hot and spicy preparation
Ingredients we will require to make this dish:
Potatoes (aloo) : . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 to 4
Capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . . . . . . . 3
Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . 2 to 3
Red chilli powder (lal mirchi) : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : . . . 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin powder (jeera) : . . . . . 1 tea spoon
Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon
Salt (namak) as per your taste
Boil potatoes till done. Remove skin an mash it with a fork. Add finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix it thoroughly.
Make a cut in capsicum and remove stem and seed. Fill potatoes in it. Heat oil in a pan and fry on low flame turning capsicums, till it is soft. Serve aloo simla with chapaties.

Cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 100 grams
Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . 2 to 3
Red chilli powder (lal mirchi) : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : . . . 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin powder (jeera) : . . . . . 1 tea spoon
Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon

Make a cut in capsicum and remove stem and seed. Fill potatoes in it. Brush oil on it and put it in pre-heat oven and bake capsicum till it is soft. Serve aloo simla with roties or chapaties.
